These unsightly marks are caused by a sprayed on finish and ruins paint and aesthetics AND grass at the perimeter. All of our seal coatings are applied with brooms and not sprayed. Sprayed seal coating may cost less in the beginning but within a year the coating begins to BREAK DOWN, FADE and FLAKE which can result in harmful damage to your site. To maximize the value of your investment, we use the broom technique which lasts a minimum of 3 to 4 years.

As the years pass eventually all asphalt driveways, parking lots, streets and others begin to crack from swelling, wear, trees and more. Whatever the cause of your damage and no matter if it’s a job we did years ago or from another vendor, we’ll welcome the opportunity to repair or repave your site!
Depending on your need we can either repair the issues that have developed or repave the site if it has fallen beyond repair. Our first task is to accurately access the situation, determine the root cause (perhaps a root?) and then proceed in the appropriate fashion. We offer both Gator Patch Repair and Hot Rubberized Asphalt Repair. Both methods are effective and we will offer you the option you prefer.
For some parking lots and older asphalt the damage is so great an entire repave is recommended. In this case we treat your application the same way we treat our new projects. Every repave will measure 2 – 2 1/2 inches thick AFTER it’s rolled. The reason we stick to this depth and never go thinner is to guarantee greater durability so your finish will last for years to come. Some contractors will tell you their paving project is 2 inches thick, but after it’s rolled you’ll find it’s flattened out significantly to 1 – 1 1/2 inches. This may work for a few weeks, but soon you’ll notice unsightly cracks and damage.
