Original Asphalt Paving
After over 35 years in business in the North Georgia Mountains we’ve continued to improve our asphalt paving services by not cutting corners and staying even longer on a project than needed if necessary. We will never underbid any project simply to win the job because that inevitably leads to unsatisfied customers and its our job to build good relationships.
To ensure proper finish we will never work in the rain and we will not lay seal coating at less than 45 degrees for a perfect finish.
We stand by our promises. Period.
Repair Services & Repaving
As the years pass eventually all asphalt driveways, parking lots, streets and others begin to crack from swelling, wear, trees and more. Whatever the cause of your damage and no matter if it’s a job we did years ago or from another vendor, we’ll welcome the opportunity to repair or repave your site!
We offer both Gator Patch Repair and Hot Rubberized Asphalt Repair. Both methods are effective and we will offer you the option you prefer.
Depending on your need we can either repair the issues that have developed or repave the site if it has fallen beyond repair. If a repave is recommended every repave will measure 2 – 2 1/2 inches thick AFTER it’s rolled to guarantee greater durability.
Asphalt Seal Coating & Striping
Not all asphalt seal coating and striping services are created equal. K&K takes pride in a high quality job well done and our asphalt services are second to none here in North Georgia!
Our measure of quality starts with our promise to you: Every new asphalt project will be 2-2 1/2 inches deep AFTER it’s rolled to ensure durability. As always our asphalt services carry a 1 year guarantee against cracking.
All of our seal coatings are applied with brooms and not sprayed. To maximize your investment, we use the broom technique which lasts a minimum of 3 to 4 years!
